PSEi Climbs Above 6,280 On Strong Trading

The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) ended the week's trading on a positive note, climbing 62.83 points, or 1.01 percent, to close at 6,286.70 on Friday as investor sentiment remained upbeat.
Market activity reached ₱9.0 billion in total value traded, with 102 advancing stocks, 82 decliners, and 61 issues unchanged, reflecting broad participation across the local market.
Foreign investors also returned as net buyers during the session, with ₱4.88 billion in foreign buying against ₱4.11 billion in foreign selling, resulting in net foreign inflows of approximately ₱772.08 million.
The strong finish extended the market's recent gains, with investors continuing to monitor corporate developments and economic indicators for further market direction.
