Sending money to other local banks through the RCBC Pulz app is about to become more affordable, as Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation announced that it will waive InstaPay transfer fees for eligible transactions beginning July 4, 2026.

Under the new promo, RCBC Pulz users can enjoy zero InstaPay transfer fees when sending funds to other local banks, making digital transactions more convenient for customers who regularly transfer money.

The offer applies to the first 30 InstaPay transfers every month, provided each transaction has a minimum transfer amount of ₱100.

The bank said the fee waiver is available exclusively through the RCBC Pulz mobile banking app, which can be downloaded on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery.

The latest initiative is part of RCBC's continued push to make digital banking more accessible and cost-effective, especially for customers who rely on online fund transfers for everyday payments, bills, and personal transactions.

RCBC is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), while deposits are insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) for up to ₱1 million per depositor.
