The Philippines continues to make waves at M7 as Aurora Gaming PH (RORA) and Team Liquid PH both powered their way into the knockout stage with dominant performances in the Swiss Stage.
Aurora Gaming PH delivered a statement win in Swiss Stage Round 4, pulling off a clean 2–0 sweep against TS to keep their M7 momentum rolling. The team looked locked in from start to finish, showing composure, confidence, and control when it mattered most.
Veteran star Edward once again lived up to his “Mr. Consistent” tag, earning MVP honors in Game 1 with his steady and reliable play. In Game 2, it was Light’s turn to shine, shutting the door on TS and sealing the sweep as Aurora closed out the series in style.
Team Liquid PH followed up with an equally convincing showing, taking a dominant 2–0 win over YG in the M7 Swiss Stage. With disciplined execution and sharp decision-making, Team Liquid never let go of the driver’s seat.
Sanford stood tall for Team Liquid, emerging as the MVP in both Game 1 and Game 2. His presence in team fights proved crucial, anchoring engagements and guiding the squad to a smooth sweep that confirmed their spot in the knockout round.
With both Philippine representatives advancing, the road to M7 glory is heating up as the tournament heads into its most intense phase.
