Team Liquid Philippines has secured its spot as the country’s representative for the 2026 Asian Games in Nagoya, Japan after surviving a rollercoaster run in the Philippine qualifiers.
It wasn’t an easy path.
TL PH had to grind their way through the lower bracket, where they edged out ONIC Philippines in a tight 2–1 series to stay alive. From there, they carried that momentum straight into the Grand Finals and pulled off a nail-biting 3–2 victory over Team Falcons to seal the deal.
Now, they’re not just champions—they’re officially bound for the 20th Asian Games Aichi–Nagoya 2026.
Behind the team is a stacked coaching staff led by head coach Allec Mosseur Alvarado. Supporting him are some of the most respected names in the scene, including Denver Miranda, Michael Angelo Bocado, and Francis John Glindro.
On the player side, TL PH is bringing a loaded roster. The squad features Karl Nepomuceno, Sanford Vinuya, Alston Pabico, Jaypee Dela Cruz, and Dave Viana.
With the qualifiers behind them, TL PH now shifts focus to the international stage, carrying the hopes of Filipino esports fans as they prepare to compete against Asia’s best.
Qualified, battle-tested, and ready—TL PH is locked in for Nagoya.
