Vlogger Francis Leo Marcos Arrested In Pasay

Authorities arrested controversial vlogger Francis Leo Marcos, whose real name is Norman Mangusin, after serving a warrant of arrest at a hotel in Pasay City.
Operatives from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) National Capital Region, together with local police units, carried out the arrest without incident.
The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 294 in Parañaque and is linked to multiple counts of unjust vexation. The complaints reportedly stem from online statements allegedly directed at another vlogger and members of the complainant’s family.
Officials said Marcos will face the charges in court following his arrest. Bail has been recommended for the unjust vexation cases.
Authorities also mentioned a separate issue involving the alleged use of a Philippine National Police uniform without authorization. However, this matter is considered distinct from the unjust vexation cases and may be handled under a different investigation.
