Tab Baldwin Faces DOLE Hearing

Former Ateneo men's basketball coach Tab Baldwin appeared before the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on Monday for a clarificatory hearing regarding his employment documents.
Baldwin, accompanied by his legal counsel, attended the proceedings at the DOLE central office in Intramuros, Manila. The hearing was presided over by Labor Secretary Francis Tolentino.
During the session, officials reviewed the validity of Baldwin's Alien Employment Permit (AEP) and other work permit documents as part of the department's ongoing evaluation.
No final ruling was announced following the hearing, and the matter remains under review by the labor department.
