Tanza Launches Free E-Jeep Rides

Residents of Tanza, Cavite can now look forward to more convenient and affordable transportation as the municipality officially launched its first-ever free ride E-Jeep program on July 20, 2026.
The blessing of the new E-Jeeps was led by Mayor Archangelo Matro during the town’s flag raising ceremony, marking the start of an initiative aimed at helping ease transportation expenses while providing safer and more comfortable trips for Tanzeños.
The air-conditioned E-Jeeps are equipped with dash cams to help improve passenger and driver safety during every journey. The program is expected to provide a more accessible commuting option for residents while promoting a more modern public transport system in the municipality.
Joining the blessing ceremony were Rev. Fr. Virgilio Saenz Mendoza, Councilor Derek Matro, Councilor Alexis Dones, Councilor Ryan Mintu, Councilor Sheryl Lyn Langit-Gervacio, ABC President Orly Gozo, and SKF President Patrick Bocalan.
