Online Business Permit Renewal in Valenzuela City Through Paspas Permit

The Valenzuela City government is encouraging business owners to renew business permits through 'Paspas Permit' this coming January 2021.

“Don’t fall in line, go online!” Mayor Rex Gatchalian reminded Valenzuelanos.

Paspas Permit is an online system where one can register, process, renew, and pay for business permit applications conveniently.

The requirements for Renewal of Business permits are as follows:
- Business Account Number (BAN)
- Latest Official Receipt Number (OR)

Step-by-step guide for business renewal via Paspas Permit:
1. Log on to 3S Plus Valenzuela City Online Services account at www.valenzuela.gov.ph or bit.ly/paspaspermit
2. Click “Business Permits and Licensing Office (Business Permit)” and select Renewal of Business.
3. Enter the Business Account Number (BAN) and latest Official Receipt (OR) number.
4. Select the Business Account to be renewed and review the business details.
5. Click on “Compute Business Tax” and check the Billing Details.
6. Select “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out the delivery details which can be through Grab Express or WExpress.
7. Select your preferred online payment channel (DBP Visa, Landbank, BancNet, UnionBank and PayMaya) and click “Pay Now”
8. Once payment is successful, a provisionary business permit shall be issued and sent to your e-mail address to download and print.

The Business Permit and Licensing Office of Valenzuela noted that business permit renewal through online or Paspas permit for corporations is mandatory.

Single proprietors with no means of carrying out a transaction online may visit the following centers:

-3S Ugong
-3S Punturin
-3S Maysan
-3S Gen. T. de Leon
-3S Karuhatan
-3S Marulas
-Valenzuela Astrodome

The centers listed above act as one-stop shops where single proprietors and business partnership owners can pay and renew their business permit.

These centers will be open from January 4 to 20, Mondays to Saturdays.

These centers will accept taxpayers and applicants from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

The requirements for Renewal of Business permits when you go to one-stop shops are as follows:
- Old business permit
- Receipt (OR)

Visitors should bring their own pen, quarantine pass, and ValTrace Quick Response Code.
