Vlogger Lloyd Cadena passes away

MANILA, Philippines – Famous Youtube vlogger Lloyd Cadena has passed away, as announced on Friday on his official Facebook page. He was 26.
“It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the untimely demise of our beloved brother Lloyd Cafe Cadena,” the post read.
“May he be remembered for all the joy and laughter he shared with everyone. My family and I ask for your prayers, respect, and privacy during this time,” the poster, added.
The Facebook post did not detail the reason behind Cadena’s death.
Internet personality Macoy Averilla, known for his popular “Aunt Julie” persona, also confirmed the news in a Twitter post.
“We got the news from friends ni Lloyd in Letran. As you may know, we were schoolmates. I’m so sorry. Let’s pray for Lloyd. Ang hirap tanggapin kasi napakabuting kaibigan ni Lloyd sa amin,” a tearful Averilla said in a video.
Accolades poured for Cadena coming from Youtube vloggers and celebrities all over social media platforms.
Cadena is considered as one of the most popular Youtube vloggers in the country with over 5.3 million subscribers in his channel.
