Former Speaker Arnulfo ‘Noli’ Fuentebella passed away today. He was 74.
Camarines Sur Rep. Arnie Fuentebella said his father succumbed to heart failure after battling kidney disease for almost two years.
The elder Fuentebella was elected Speaker in November 2000 after Las Piñas Rep. Manny Villar was ousted from the post. Two months later, he was replaced by Quezon City Rep. Feliciano Belmonte Jr.
