President Rodrigo Duterte reverts Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal to general community quarantine (GCQ) from August 19 to 31.
The rest of the country retains their respective quarantine classifications earlier announced by Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque.
